of 1 amp. (2 ml) contains:
Active ingredient:
glucosamine sulfate sodium chloride 502.5 mg;
Auxiliary substances:
lidocaine hydrochloride-10 mg,
sodium disulfite-2 mg,
concentrated hydrochloric acid – up to pH 2.0-3.0,
d/i water-up to 2 ml.
Solvent (solution B) amp. 1 ml:
diethanolamine-24 mg,
water d / i-up to 1 ml
Pharmacological action
Sustagard helps restore the structure of cartilage tissue.
The drug stimulates the synthesis of glucosaminoglycan and cartilage proteoglycan, and also increases the formation of hyaluronic acid in the synovial fluid.
Indications
As a dietary supplement – a source of glucosamine sulfate, chondroitin sulfate.
Contraindications
Diabetes mellitus; do not combine with taking anticoagulants, individual intolerance to dietary supplements, pregnancy, breast-feeding.
Before applying dietary supplements to food, it is recommended to consult a doctor.
How to take, course of use and dosage
For intramuscular use only! The drug is not intended for intravenous use.
Immediately before use, the contents of ampoule A are mixed with ampoule B (solvent) in one syringe. The prepared solution (3 ml) is administered intramuscularly 3 times a week for 4-6 weeks.
Injections of the drug can be combined with taking glucosamine inside.
