Composition

Composition per 1 ml:  Active ingredients:

• Hypromellose (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose) 2.5 mg

Auxiliary substances:  sodium chloride, sodium acetate anhydrous, sodium citrate, potassium chloride, calcium chloride dihydrate, magnesium chloride, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid EDTA, chlorhexidine digluconate, highly purified water, hydrochloric acid 10% or sodium hydroxide 40% to pH 6.2-7.0

Recommendations for use

It is recommended to instill a solution of ophthalmic Taufon gentle tear 2 drops in each eye as needed.

The frequency and duration of use is determined individually depending on the sensation or according to the recommendations of an ophthalmologist or contact lens specialist.

Tilt your head back a little, draw the lower eyelid slightly away with your finger, drop 2 drops of the solution into the conjunctival sac, blink 2-3 times so that the solution is evenly distributed over the surface of the eye.

Recommendations for wearing contact lenses:

When wearing soft and hard contact lenses, you can instill the Solution of Ophthalmictauphone gentle tear into the conjunctival sac without removing the lenses.

For added comfort, it is recommended to apply 1-2 drops of the solution to each lens before putting on contact lenses.

Hypersensitivity to any of the components.

Side effects

In the case of combined use with ophthalmic drugs, it is recommended to observe a pause of at least 10 minutes between instillation of eye drops and the use of a Solution of ophthalmic Taufon gentle tear. Eye ointments should always be applied after instillation.

Description

The solution of ophthalmic Taufon gentle tear provides long-term maintenance of a protective film on the surface of the eye, which has moisturizing and softening properties.

Tear fluid plays an important role in ensuring a healthy condition of the eye surface. Normally, the tear film covers the surface of the eye in a continuous layer, protects the cornea and conjunctiva from drying out and damage, promotes nutrition, ensuring their normal functioning and clear vision. Under the influence of various factors, the stability of the tear film can be disturbed, which is manifested by dryness, burning, foreign body and fatigue in the eyes, irritation and redness of the eyes, and in some cases lacrimation.

hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, which is part of the composition, restores, stabilizes and reproduces the optical characteristics of the tear film, eliminates the symptoms of excessive dryness and eye irritation.

Special instructions

The bottle should not be used if the protective membrane of the cap of the dropper bottle is damaged or completely absent before the first use.

Before each application, empty the first drop of the product without using it.

To avoid infection, do not allow the tip of the dropper bottle to come into contact with your eyes or any other surface.

After each application, close the dropper bottle tightly with the cap.

The solution is intended for individual use only: it is not allowed to use one bottle by more than one person.
