How to take, course of use and dosage

• Prepare the diaper for use: straighten it out and set it aside for a few minutes to straighten out. * The Superfit belt provides a quick and easy diaper change: first fasten the belt at the waist in front or back, and then secure the main part of the diaper to the belt with Velcro fasteners.
