Pharmacological action

Immunostimulating agent.

In immunodeficiency states, it improves the quantitative and functional indicators of the T-immune system: it normalizes the ratio of T-and B-lymphocytes.

Indications

Immunodeficiency conditions in adult patients with a predominant lesion of the T-immune system against the background of infectious, purulent and septic processes, lymphoproliferative diseases (lymphogranulomatosis, lymphocytic leukemia).

Use during pregnancy and lactation

The drug is contraindicated for use during pregnancy and lactation.

Contraindications

Individual intolerance, pregnancy and lactation.

Side effects

Allergic reactions.

How to take, course of use and dosage

The contents of the vial before injection are dissolved in 1-2 ml of isotonic sodium chloride solution.

The drug is administered intramuscularly daily in the following doses:

• Adults: 5-20 mg each. For a course of 30-100 mg.
• For children: Up to one year – 1 mg; 1-3 years-1.5-2 mg; 4-6 years-2-3 mg; 7-14 years-3-5 mg.

Within 3-10 days, depending on the severity of immune disorders.

If necessary, repeat the course (after 1-6 months).

For preventive purposes

The drug is used intramuscularly daily for 3-5 days:

• Adults: 5-10 mg each.
• Children: 1-5 mg.

Special instructions

Influence on the ability to drive vehicles and other mechanisms that require increased concentration of attention
