Composition

Pharmacological action

Infusion of thyme herb has an expectorant, antimicrobial effect.

Indications

In complex therapy for infectious and inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract (tracheitis, bronchitis, bronchopneumonia), oral cavity and pharynx (pharyngitis, tonsillitis, stomatitis, gingivitis).

Contraindications

• hypersensitivity to the drug,
• impaired liver and/or kidney function,
• gastritis with high acidity,
• peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum,
• pregnancy and lactation.

Side effects

Allergic reactions are possible; in case of overdose-nausea.

How to take, course of use and dosage

Take inside in a warm form of 1/2 cup 2-3 times a day.

For rinsing the mouth and throat, apply 1/2-1 cup 3-4 times a day in a warm form.

It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.
