Indications

In the complex therapy of inflammatory diseases of various organs and tissues, especially the musculoskeletal system (tendovaginitis, bursitis, styloiditis, epicondylitis, periarthritis, etc. ) and post-traumatic conditions (soft tissue edema after surgery, dislocations, sprains).

Use during pregnancy and lactation

The use of the drug is possible if the expected benefit to the mother exceeds the potential risk to the fetus and child. A doctor’s consultation is required.

Contraindications

Increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug.

Known hypersensitivity to yarrow, chamomile, marigold, perennial daisy, echinacea, mountain arnica or other plants of the asteraceae family. Hypersensitivity to emulsifying cetyl stearyl alcohol. Tuberculosis, leukemia, collagenosis, multiple sclerosis, acquired immune deficiency syndrome, human immunodeficiency virus, and other autoimmune diseases. Children under 3 years of age due to insufficient clinical data.

How to take, course of use and dosage

If it is not prescribed otherwise, children from 3 years and adults should apply a sufficient amount of ointment in a thin layer on the skin of painful areas of the body and rub it with light movements 2-3 times a day. It is possible to apply an ointment dressing.

The course of treatment for post-traumatic conditions is 2 weeks or more; for inflammatory diseases-at least 3-4 weeks.

Special instructions

1. To increase the effectiveness of treatment, it is recommended to take various dosage forms of Traumel® C, for example, ointments, drops or tablets and a solution for intramuscular and periarticular use.

2. When taking homeopathic medicines, the existing symptoms may temporarily worsen (primary deterioration). In this case, you should stop taking the drug and consult your doctor. In case of skin disorders and skin diseases, the ointment should be applied after consulting a doctor.

The tube should be closed immediately after applying the drug.

Influence on the ability to drive vehicles and mechanisms

The drug does not affect the ability to perform potentially dangerous activities that require increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions (driving vehicles, working with moving mechanisms, working as a dispatcher, operator).
