Composition

N-propanol (propanol-1) 35%, Alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride (ADBACH) 0.075%, Didecyldimethylammonium chloride 0.025%, Isopropyl alcohol (propanol-2) 40%, Components that improve skin condition.

Indications

• for processing of hands of surgeons, surgical nurses, midwives and other persons involved in the operations and the delivery;

• for the treatment of elbow bends of donors;

• for skin treatment operating and injection fields of patients of medical institutions (hospitals);

• the tool can be used for disinfection of rubber gloves (latex), worn on the hands of personnel in enterprises producing sterile products, where required aseptic conditions and in case of contact with infectious material of gloves in the Microbiology laboratory for bacterial infections.

• for hygienic processing of hands of medical personnel of medical institutions, medical workers in preschool and school institutions, establishments of social security (nursing home, disabled people, etc. );

Recommendations for use

• Hand hygiene: 3 ml of the product is applied to the hands and rubbed into the skin until it dries, but not less than 1 min.

• Treatment of surgeons ‘ hands: before applying the product, the hands and forearms are thoroughly washed, at least twice, with warm running water and soap for 2 minutes, and dried with a sterile gauze cloth. Then,5 ml of the product is applied twice to the hands and rubbed into the skin of the hands and forearms, keeping them moist. The total processing time is 5 minutes. Sterile gloves are worn after the product is completely dry.

• Treatment of the skin of the surgical field: the skin is twice wiped with separate sterile gauze swabs, abundantly moistened with the product; the exposure time after the end of the treatment is 2 minutes; on the eve of the operation, the patient takes a shower( bath), changes underwear.

• Treatment of the injection field: the skin is wiped with a sterile cotton swab, abundantly moistened with the product. The exposure time after the end of the treatment is 20 seconds; the treatment is carried out by irrigation of the skin at the injection site until it is completely moistened, followed by exposure after irrigation for 20 seconds.

• Treatment of rubber gloves worn on the hands of personnel: the surface of rubber gloves worn on the hands of personnel is treated by thoroughly wiping with a sterile gauze or cotton swab, abundantly moistened with the product (the rate of consumption of the product is not less than 3 ml per swab). Processing time – at least 1 minute (until the glove surface is completely dry).

Description

Triosept OL has a bactericidal (including against pathogens of nosocomial infections) tuberculocidal, virucidal (including influenza viruses, parenteral hepatitis, polio, HIV) and fungicidal (against fungi of the Candida genera) effect. The product retains its physicochemical and biological properties at low temperatures.
