Active ingredient:

Auxiliary substances: carbomer 6 mg, trollamine (triethanolamine) 7 mg, disodium edetate dihydrate 0.5 mg, benzalkonium chloride 1 mg, purified water 965.5 mg

Pharmacodynamics :
Troxevasin is a flavonoid (a derivative of rutin). It has P-vitamin activity; it has venotonizing, venoprotective, decongestant, anti-inflammatory, anticoagulant and antioxidant effects. Reduces the permeability and fragility of capillaries, increases their tone. Increases the density of the vascular wall, reduces exudation of the liquid part of the plasma and diapedesis of blood cells.
Reduces inflammation in the vascular wall by limiting platelet adhesion to its surface.
Pharmacokinetics:
When the gel is applied to the affected area, the Active ingredient quickly penetrates through the epidermis, after 30 minutes it is found in the dermis, and after 2-5 hours in the subcutaneous adipose tissue.
Indications
· Varicose veins;
* Chronic venous insufficiency with such symptoms as: swelling and pain in the legs; feeling of heaviness, fullness, fatigue of the legs; vascular asterisks and meshes, convulsions, paresthesia·
* Thrombophlebitis
· * Peripheral phlebitis;
· Varicose dermatitis·
* Pain and swelling of a traumatic nature (with bruises, sprains, injuries).
Use during pregnancy and lactation
There are no data on undesirable effects on the fetus and newborn when using the drug.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug. Violation of the integrity of the skin.
Side effects
In rare cases, allergic skin reactions are observed – urticaria, eczema, dermatitis.
Interaction
Currently, there are no data on the drug interaction of Troxevazine®.
How to take, course of use and dosage
Externally!
The gel is applied to the affected area 2 times a day in the morning and evening, gently rubbing until completely absorbed. If necessary, the gel can be applied under bandages or elastic stockings.
The success of treatment with the drug largely depends on its regular use for a long time.
It is recommended to combine with Troxevasin ® capsules to enhance the effect.
If the symptoms of the course of the disease worsen or do not go away after 6-7 days of daily use of the drug, you should contact a doctor who will prescribe further treatment and determine the duration of the course of therapy.
Overdose
Due to the external method of application and the large therapeutic breadth of the drug, there is no risk of overdose. In case of accidental ingestion of a large amount of gel, it is necessary to take general measures to remove the drug from the body (emetics) and consult a doctor. If indicated, peritoneal dialysis is performed.

Special instructions
The gel is applied only on an undamaged surface.
Avoid contact with open wounds, mucous membranes and eyes!
In conditions characterized by increased vascular permeability (including scarlet fever, flu, measles, allergic reactions), the gel is used in combination with ascorbic acid to enhance its effect.
Driving a car and working with mechanisms
Troxevasin ® gel does not affect the ability to drive a motor vehicle and work with moving mechanisms.

40 g each in an aluminum tube with an internal varnish coating, with an aluminum membrane, or 20 g,40 g or 100 g each in a laminate (plastic) tube with an aluminum membrane. Each tube together with the instructions for use is placed in a cardboard box.
Storage conditions
