Composition

1 tablet weighing 0.13 g contains: lactose, rhizome with roots of valerian officinalis, motherwort grass, thickener hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, anti-caking agents: calcium stearic acid and talc, thickener glycerin, food dyes: titanium dioxide and Ferronate P (iron oxide).

Recommendations for use

Adults take 1-2 tablets 3 times a day with meals, as a dietary supplement containing essential oils. The use of 6 tablets per day satisfies the adequate level of essential oil intake by at least 4% (at least 0.78 mg).
