Pharmacological action

Vitaprost ® Forte has an organotropic effect on the prostate gland. Reduces the degree of edema, leukocyte infiltration of the prostate gland, normalizes the secretory function of epithelial cells, increases the number of lecithin grains in the secretion of acinuses, stimulates the muscle tone of the bladder. Improves microcirculation in the prostate gland by reducing thrombosis, antiplatelet activity, prevents the development of venous thrombosis in the prostate gland. Based on clinical studies, Vitaprost ® Forte has been shown to moderately reduce the volume of the prostate gland. The drug reduces the severity of obstructive and irritative symptoms in benign prostatic hyperplasia, which is expressed in an increase in the maximum and average volumetric flow rates of urine and a decrease in the volume of residual urine. Vitaprost ® Forte improves blood microcirculation in the bladder wall by dilating intact vessels (vasodilation effect), thereby restoring oxygen delivery to hypoxic tissues, which stimulates physiological repair. It has an anti-inflammatory effect by improving the trophic processes of the bladder wall and stimulating regenerative processes. Activation of organ blood flow improves adaptive and contractile activity of the detrusor, increasing the capacity of the bladder. A decrease in detrusor ischemia can be explained by a pronounced decrease in bladder hyperactivity, which continues even after the end of Vitaprost ® Forte use. How to take, course of use and dosage
