Composition

Alcohol tincture (70% alcohol) 1: 10 herbs and leaves of wormwood.

Pharmacological action

Preparation of plant origin.

Contains bitterness (absintin), essential oils (thujone, thujol, fellandren), tannins.

It has a choleretic effect and stimulates the production of hydrochloric acid in the stomach. Increases appetite.

Indications

To increase appetite and improve the function of the digestive tract:

• hypo – and anacid gastritis;
• chronic cholecystitis;
• biliary dyskinesia.

Contraindications

• hypersensitivity;
• increased gastric secretion;
• hyperacid gastritis;
• peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum 12;
• reflux esophagitis;
• acute cholecystitis.

Side effects

• allergic reactions,
• heartburn,
• gastralgia,
• diarrhea,
• nausea,
• vomiting (with prolonged use).

How to take, course of use and dosage

Inside,3 times / day,15-20 minutes before meals. The course of treatment is 20-25 days.

Tincture-15-20 drops, infusion-30-45 ml.
