Adults and children over 6 years of age are given 1-2 drops of 0.1% xylometazoline solution in each nasal passage 2-3 times a day.
For children and children under 6 years of age, apply a 0.05% solution of 1-2 drops in each nasal passage 1-2 times a day.
Do not use the drug more than 3 times a day and no more than 3-5 days. Do not use the drug without a break for more than 3-5 days.
Hypersensitivity to xylometazoline and other components of the drug, arterial hypertension, tachycardia, severe atherosclerosis, glaucoma, atrophic rhinitis, surgical interventions on the meninges (in the anamnesis), pregnancy, lactation, children under 6 years of age-for 0.1% solution (0.001 g / ml).
With caution: coronary heart disease (angina pectoris), diabetes mellitus, prostatic hyperplasia, hyperthyroidism, children under 2 years of age-for 0.05% solution (0.0005 g / ml).

Incompatible with monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitors and tricyclic antidepressants.
