Pharmacological action

Yohimbine is a selective blocker of presynaptic alpha-adrenergic receptors, in high doses it blocks postsynaptic alpha-adrenergic receptors. It is a pure alkaloid from the bark of the West African Corynanthe yohimbe. Improves blood supply to the pelvic organs.

When erectile dysfunction activates adrenergic neurons of the central nervous system (thereby enhancing the central exchange of norepinephrine), improves motor activity and reactivity. Increases sexual desire, normalizes stress-induced weakening of the ability to coitus.

It has an antidiuretic effect.

The effect of Iohimbine appears only after a certain time. Therefore, regular use of tablets is recommended.
