Combined multivitamin complex. The effect of the drug is determined by the properties of the vitamins that make up its composition.
Benfotiamine is a fat-soluble form of thiamine (vitamin B-1). Participates in conducting a nerve impulse.
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) – participates in the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates and fats, is necessary for normal hematopoiesis, the functioning of the central and peripheral nervous system.
It provides synaptic transmission, inhibition processes in the central nervous system, participates in the transport of sphingosine, which is part of the nerve sheath, and participates in the synthesis of catecholamines.
Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) – participates in the synthesis of nucleotides, is an important factor in the normal growth, hematopoiesis and development of epithelial cells; it is necessary for folic acid metabolism and myelin synthesis.
Indications
It is used in the complex therapy of the following neurological diseases:
- trigeminal neuralgia;
- facial neuritis;
- pain syndrome caused by diseases of the spine (intercostal neuralgia, lumboschialgia, lumbar syndrome, cervical syndrome, cervical-brachial syndrome, radicular syndrome caused by degenerative changes of the spine).
- polyneuropathy of various etiologies (diabetic, alcoholic).
Use during pregnancy and lactation
Combilipen ® tabs contains 100 mg of vitamin B6 and therefore it is not recommended to use the drug in these cases.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, severe and acute forms of decompensated heart failure, childhood.
Side effects
Allergic reactions (pruritus, urticular rash), in some cases increased sweating, nausea, tachycardia.
Interaction
Levodopa reduces the effect of therapeutic doses of vitamin B6. Vitamin B12 is incompatible with heavy metal salts. Ethanol dramatically reduces the absorption of thiamine. While taking the drug, it is not recommended to take multivitamin complexes that include B vitamins.
How to take, course of use and dosage
Tablets should be taken after a meal, without chewing and with a small amount of liquid. Adults: 1 tablet 1-3 times a day. Duration of the course – according to the doctor’s recommendation. Treatment with high doses of the drug for more than 4 weeks is not recommended.
Overdose
Symptoms: increased side effects of the drug.
First aid: gastric lavage, taking activated charcoal, prescribing symptomatic therapy.

Round biconvex tablets, film-coated, white or almost white in color.
Form of production
Film-coated tablets. 15 tablets each in a contour cell pack. 1,2,3 or 4 contour cell packages together with instructions for medical use are placed in a pack of cardboard.
Storage conditions
