Active ingredients

Chondroitin, which is part of the dietary supplement “Karipain”, is a high-molecular polysaccharide, which is contained in significant quantities in connective tissue, especially in cartilage. This component from the group of chondroprotectors, due to its unique properties, is of great importance for articular and cartilage tissues – it slows down their destruction, accelerates the recovery process, and slows down the process of cartilage degeneration.

Chondroitin sulfate stimulates cell repair, retains water in them, regulates the viscosity of synovial fluid, and helps to normalize the functions of shock absorption in the spine and joints. The element has analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties.

Its ability to penetrate deep into the fibers of the cartilage tissue allows it to affect the metabolic processes in the joint tissues, thereby improving mobility. In addition, chondroitin sulfate promotes the production of collagen, which is the main component of connective tissue.

N-acetyl-D-Glucosamine, as a precursor of Sodium Hyaluronate during its synthesis in the body, stimulates the production of Hyaluronic acid in the joints, significantly enhancing the chondroprotective effect of Chondroitin and Glucosamine.

Papain is an enzyme that belongs to the subclass of proteolytic enzymes( proteases). It is naturally found in papaya fruits. This enzyme is similar in action to pepsin, a digestive enzyme produced in the human body. It is involved in the breakdown of proteins, especially of animal origin.

Papain also has anti-inflammatory properties. Without acting directly on the focus of inflammation, papain stimulates metabolism, which has an effect on accelerating the regeneration of inflamed tissues.
