Recommendations for use

In case of intense physical activity and sports – children from 7 to 14 years of age: 1 tablet 1 time a day with meals, children over 14 years of age and adults: 2 tablets 1 time a day or 1 tablet 2 times a day with meals. The duration of admission is 1 month. If necessary, you can repeat the procedure.
