Recommendations for use

1 filter bag (free from individual packaging) pour 1 cup of boiling water (200 ml), leave for 5-10 minutes. Take adults 1 cup 2 times a day with meals. The duration of admission is not less than 10 days, if necessary, the reception can be continued after 10 days.
